Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Most orders are handled and dispatched within two business days, depending on demand. Items that are on backorder or require special logistics (e.g., oversized or freight deliveries) may need additional time. For precise delivery estimates, feel free to reach out to our team. Every shipment includes freight insurance at no additional charge.

Shipping Options

We offer the following delivery methods for the majority of our products:

Standard Delivery (3–5 business days)
Expedited Two-Day Delivery

The delivery countdown begins once processing is completed—usually within two business days. Depending on product availability and your shipping location, orders may be sent via ground or air to ensure prompt arrival.

Potential Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including package refusal, natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or extreme weather. In these instances, please coordinate directly with the shipping provider. Unfortunately, shipping fees in such cases are non-refundable.

Partial Shipments

When an order contains multiple items, some may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations. You won’t incur any extra charges for split shipments.

Shipping Partners

We primarily use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, Yellow Freight, Old Dominion Freight, and Con-way Freight for deliveries.

Restricted or Hazardous Items

To comply with FAA regulations, we are unable to ship certain hazardous products via air transport, including but not limited to:

Pressurized aerosol sprays
Items containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive ingredients

Deliveries to P.O. Boxes & Military Bases

We proudly ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once you place an order using a valid email, you’ll receive an order confirmation within one business day. A follow-up email with tracking details and carrier info will be sent as soon as your package ships.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it enters the fulfillment process. After processing begins (usually within 24 hours), cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact our customer support team immediately with any cancellation requests, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Sales Tax Requirements

Eomenie is headquartered at 1715 Cottage St Ne, Salem, OR, 97301 and is required by law to collect sales tax based on your shipping ZIP code. Some states also mandate tax on shipping fees and gift wrapping. These charges will appear at checkout and are subject to applicable local laws.

Handling Damaged Deliveries

Eomenie is not accountable for items lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged goods for your claim submission.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, Eomenie ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international delivery services at this time.
