Returns
Your satisfaction is our top concern here at Eomenie.
If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return any unused items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Before requesting a return, please make sure the following criteria are met:
- Eligibility requirements for returns:
- Log in to your account, go to “My Orders,” and select the “Return” option. Your request will then be submitted to our Customer Service team for review.
- If you're unable to log in or need help, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must remain unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition. Please review the Compliance Guidelines listed below.
- All tags and disposable seals must be attached and intact.
- Ensure all original accessories and components are included.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must be received by our fulfillment center within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products from the same order should be returned in a single shipment.
- Items must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally delivered.
If all return requirements are fulfilled, we’ll issue a refund for the returned item(s), including applicable sales tax. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns that don’t meet these criteria will be declined and sent back in their original condition.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please be aware that swimwear, underwear, and face masks are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Any additional non-returnable items will be clearly marked on the product page.
Compliance Guidelines for Returns
Returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original labels, tags, and packaging materials in place. All parts and accessories should be included. Returns that appear worn, altered, or damaged may be refused or partially refunded.
